1. Features:

      With the ever increasing demand for high-purity feedstocks used in manufacturing, We offer the Rare Earth Roll dry high-intensity magnetic
separators. Which provide maximum efficiency in the separation of weak magnetic particles for product purification applications. We applied sophisticated finite element analysis in magnetic circuit design to produce an energy-free separator capable of generating the exceptionally high field-strengths needed to remove unwanted fine iron contaminants. Magnetic cleaning has been applied to the most basic industry foundations such as industrial minerals, metals recycling, glass batch and cullet, abrasives and refractories, chemicals pharmaceuticals, and plastics.

      The High Intensity Magnetic Roll Separators--- High Purity Non-Step Separation for weakly Magnetic Materials.

      The High Intensity Magnetic Roll Separators employ high intesisty, high gradient and trajectiory deflection to provide an alternative in handling a wide variety of materials which do not respond well to traditional methods such as magnetic drum separators or grate magnets. Induced by Powerful high gradient circuits, the weakly magnetic particles present different parabolic trajectory from non-magnetic particles. The difference becomes separation criteria. Magnetic Roll Separators are capable of purification or concentration of weakly magnetic material automatically and continuously.
