1: Can I get samples ?
Yes. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
Sample shipping will be paid by client or use their own express account.
2: How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes about 1-2 days.
If custom your own designs, it takes about 5-7 days.
3: How long is production lead time?
It takes about 7-30 days depends on quantity.
4: How to deliver?
Small orders sent by express such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.
Large orders sent via sea or air.
5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
AI. / CDR. / PDF. Is the best. All need in editable vector diagram format.
If you don't have it, please send high definition jpg. file.
6: How many colors are available?
We mix colors based on Pantone C chart.
Give us the pantone number, we'll mix it as close as possible.
If not strictly requested, we can recommend similar matching color.
7: How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal and Trade assurance.
Trade Assurance is most recommended, as it will protect your money from beginning to delivery at your hand.
8: How can I order?
